Ancrum Cross Keys

Ancrum Cross Keys pub is located in the Scottish Borders village of Ancrum and has been part of the local community for more than a century. Originally a coaching inn, the building was in dire need of renovation when a local landowner and craft brewer took it over to showcase his beer and turn it into a 'destination' pub with fine dining restaurant and rooms. The pub, though much loved locally, had very little 'identity' outwith the immediate area and we were enlisted to create a brand which straddled the difficult territory of much loved, historic village pub and contemporary 'destination' for both locals and visitors to sample the best beer and food from the Scottish Borders.
